I am Konrad Lischka (1979), a blogger from Germany writing about digital society, media and data journalism. This is my private blog, no connection to my employer. I am working as a policy advisor on media policy and digital society in the State Chancellery of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany’s most populous state. Here are some thoughts on net neutrality published in that function.

I have managed the web, tech, media section at Spiegel Online (Germany’s biggest news website) as deputy head. Here is an investigation of the German broadband market I did there.

Before that I was editor-in-chief of the literary magazine bücher and editorial director at a content marketing agency. What I also did: With Tom Hillenbrand I researched, wrote and financed Drachenväter, a coffee table book on the history of American and European role-playing games in one of the most successful crowdfunding campaigns for a book in Germany.
